About Kemick Homes and Kemick Construction
"What's under your roof?" If you built with "Kemick" chances are you bought a product that incorporated the latest in proven technologies that allow you to live with comfort and security. Additionally you have the peace of mind that your project not only had less of an impact on the environment during it's construction, but throughout its life.

Kemick's management team has over 50 years combined experience building custom homes in Florida. Our niche is Quality Built Energy Efficient homes from 2200 sq. ft. to 9000 sq. ft. of living area. We prefer to limit our construction to about 30 homes per year, and a few select remodels, in each of the markets we serve. Our commercial division applies our philosophy of energy efficiency to small and medium sized new construction, renovations and build-outs.

Kemick's construction techniques can save our customers up to 75% on their electric bills. The savings can equate to thousands of dollars of reduced electrical consumption over the life of the home. We are building homes that have EPI (energy performance index) scores well below mandated code levels. We can easily provide homes that will score about 50 points out of the maximum allowed of 100 points. That translates into a home that uses about 50% less energy than a home built just to code standards.

Because every project is unique, and individual buyers have different expectations and uses for their new home, each home and homebuyer is evaluated individually to determine the specific needs, goals and requirements for any given project. This important stage of optioning out the home will be accomplished directly with an officer of Kemick and you, the Buyer.
